Life Bloom Services
International
Our mandate is to intervene on behalf of vulnerable women and children (commercial sex workers, defiled and abused girls and women, and poor, single-mother households), and most at risk male population (matatu drivers, bar/lodge managers, truck drivers and security firms workers). We implement a comprehensive and integrated rehabilitation project for Commercial Sex Workers within Naivasha district of Kenya.
Our target population’s lifestyle is characterized by poverty, disease (especially HIV and reproductive-health related), lack of formal education and a crashed sense of self esteem.
Our interventions focus on poverty reduction, empowerment on reproductive health, Family Planning, HIV and AIDS, gender-based violence and gender equity, democracy and good governance. We have been able to do research on reproductive health at delivery points with Family Health International.
We use a mentoring model, with the goal of reconstructing our client’s self-esteem, to pave the way for them to fulfill their life dreams.
